What is
prayer mission europe?

Prayer Mission Europe is a South Korean missionary organisation
that is passionate about seeing revival in Europe through the fire
of the Holy Spirit. We believe in the power of prayer and in a faithful
God who hears and answers these prayers, and we long to see God
move powerfully in Europe.

유럽기도선교는 한국교회와 유럽교회가 초교파적으로 참여하는 선교사역으로 기도에 응답하시는 하나님의 능력으로 영국과 유럽 땅에 하나님의 위대한 부흥을 열망하며 간절히 기도하는 기도선교운동이다.
우리는 기도의 능력과 기도에 응답하시는 살아계신 하나님을 신뢰하며 강력한 성령의 능력으로 영국과 유럽교회를 새롭게 하시며 말씀과 기도의 능력으로 이 시대에 필요한 놀라운 부흥 역사를 이루실 하나님을 기대한다.

The 3 Core Values of Prayer Mission Europe are Humility, Sacrifice and Serving.
These values are fundamental to the way in which Prayer Mission operates,
as Korean Christians travel to Europe every year to pray for and serve local churches.
We believe that an attitude of humility and sacrificial love are essential
as they support their brothers and sisters in Christ.

겸손 | 복음의 빚진 한국교회가 겸손한 마음으로 영국교회와 유럽교회를 위해 기도한다.
희생 | 복음전파를 위해 죽음을 무릅쓴 선교사들의 헌신과 희생을 기억하며 간절한 마음으로 기도한다.
섬김 | 기도하는 한국교회 선교적 사명을 되새기며 겸손한 마음으로 영국교회와 유럽교회를 기도로 섬긴다.

한국 청년들이 영국 땅에 와서 기도하는 모습이 아름다웠습니다 …. 글라스고 곳곳에 교회들이 문을 닫고 술집으로 바뀌는 걸 보고 애통하며 기도했던 것을 기억합니다. 또한 과거에 많은 선교사님들이 파송되었던 이곳이 영적으로 목마르고 주린 상태가 된 것을 보고 마음이 아팠습니다. 영국 땅이 영적으로 다시 올바르게 설 수 있도록 한마음으로 기도할 때 우리 안에 하나됨을 경험하게 되었습니다.
